Lime Pictures (Liverpool)

The company was formed in 1982 by Phil Redmond and originally known as Mersey Television, before All3Media's acquisition in 2005 and the name change to Lime Pictures in 2006

Lime Pictures is responsible for ...
Hollyoaks Later
Grange Hill
Bonkers
Living on the edge (series 1)

After looking at what Lime Pictures have produce i began to look at all the roles people play to create them .... there is so many jobs to play on and off camera to create even just one episode!
I found this on the website that lists every part that needs to be played!
I found this extremely fascinating before looking at this i did understand that it takes a vast amount of people to create a team however i did not expect this many and this is just in the production process!!!!!!!

Tease!

While i was watching TV this short advert came on ... well i'm not to sure i would call it an advert more like a teaser!!! Similar to a film poster teaser!! Something that you will recognise but it doesn't give anything away! I haven't seen many off these and the fact it is totally bizarre makes it even better!!
I couldn't find an example of the teaser to show but it just shows a clip of the moose with some slightly creepy music repeating the word 'chew'. The moose has become the 'mascot' for wine gums and because of this we only have to see the 'moose' and we automatically think WINE GUMS!

MOMI - Museum of Moving Image

I wanted to find a place where i could physically go to, to collect some primary research rather than just sitting at home staring at my mac! I found the Museum of Moving Image in London!!! I got extremely excited and started thinking about when and how i could get there until i read ... 'closed in August 1999' ... however istill wanted to find out more about what was there and what it was like even though i still won't be able to go!

I read about some of the things they had at MOMI and it made me want to go even more!!!!!
