Looking at more clouds

To be honest i wanted a sky divers point of view to show me what the clouds would be like as they were falling! but i found it fairly hard to find a decent quality video ... however i did talk to Rick about it and we figure out that if you were falling the clouds in the forground would be moving alot faster than the ones in the background so i think tried to animate this in After Effects!
